TradeTogether Pte Ltd, a Web3 digital asset management company, officially operates in Singapore under a regulatory exemption (since October 25, 2021) to manage registered funds investing in Digital Assets for accredited and institutional investors.
Challenge
Tradetogether's old design was not designed with the intricacies of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance in mind. Which led to a poor user experience, as the design was not effectively conveying the unique concepts and benefits of Web3
Results
To address these challenges, Trade together adopted design systems that were specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the Web3 emerging field. It focuses on providing a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Research & Analysis
User Research: Conducted interviews and surveys with current and potential clients to understand their needs and pain points. We also tested the data through the maze platform to uncover deeper complications users experienced.
Competitor's Analysis: Analyzed competitors' websites to identify best practices and areas of improvement for better user experience and placement of elements throughout the entire website.
Analytics Review: Studied website google analytics to pinpoint drop-off points, user behaviors and it also helped us identify the targeted audience.Ideation & Concept Development
User Personas: Empathize with the target audience and make informed decisions throughout the design process. It also helped us prioritize features and functionalities based on the needs of the target audience.
User Journey Mapping: Map out the sequence of interactions, from the initial awareness of the product or service to the final outcome. In this journey we also documented user's emotions, thoughts, and actions at each touchpoint.
Low-Fidelity (Wireframes): Creating simple representations of the interface. To explore different layout options and gather feedback early from the users.Design and Prototyping
