Challenge
The challenge was to create an AI-powered SAAS platform that significantly enhances strategy execution and team performance experience by helping employees manage more quickly and efficiently their daily to daily work tasks through Ai. The platform analyzes employees' work and provides personalized feedback tailored to each employee's needs by leveraging advanced AI technology.
Results
Designing our initial content was a challenging task, but through collaboration, research, and iterative refinement, we were able to develop a user-focused experience. We held countless meetings, discussed ideas, and gathered data to ensure our content was presented in the most effective way possible.

Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor like jira, altassian, clickup and other apps that industry trends to gather insights.
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted A/B Testing for optimizing Incipio's platform and improving user experience. By conducting controlled experiments, Incipio can identify the most effective design elements, features, and messaging to drive user engagement, satisfaction, and overall success.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
